Timing of club events begins this Saturday. It is now a requirement that club bands be worn by members at all events. Distribution of new club bands begins this weekend and for those of you in possession of spare and unused club timing bands WE NEED THEM BACK.
The club urgently requires the return of any unused or spare club timing bands that you may have in your possession to cater for all our new members. For the next 2 weeks (until Sunday 26th April) if you bring along your unused or spare bands to the club event we will double the timing band refund to $10 per band. This only applies to spare and unused club timing bands – members are reminded that they are required to wear their own timing band for each club event.
Those of you who have ordered new timing bands please be advised that these shall be available for collection from club recorder Sue Moorfield prior to club events from this weekend onwards. Sue shall be available from 2pm this Saturday for those of you wishing to collect your new band this weekend. Please allow sufficient time to collect your band prior to commencement of the event.
